There are virtually thousands of Fluorescent lamps; and below is a partial list of the more common ones.

MERCRON has developed 50-plus models of ballasts (Light Controllers) to regulate 1-to-4 lamps, or a combination of the more common ones per ballast. (In this sense, our light controllers are application-specific). But we are always adding to this list in accord to customer requests.

• Recall: One of the unique advantages of MERCRON's Regulation feature is that MERCRON can safely increase the normal intensity level of Fluorescent light-sources, making them especially suitable for high-speed Machine Vision applications.

* MERCRON's Light Controllers range from 400 mA peak output to 2300 mA output (actually 3500 mA). This ability to safely "overdrive" / "underdrive" it (idle it) without burning up the anodes was unheard of before MERCRON.

Twin-tubed / FT Fluorescent Lamps **

Sylvania calls these lamps bi-ax lamps, and other lamp manufacturers call them differently yet. Regardless, there are several more than the 2 listed below. For a more complete list, consult one of the individual lamp companies.

In general however, this type of Fluorescent does come in all 3 performance / output levels, and depending upon manufacturer, there are multiple sizes as far as the tube diameter goes (expressed as T = 1/8"), along with varying lengths.
