WARRANTY
MERCRON Lamp Controllers are warranted
to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of ONE year.
MERCRON's liability is limited to the repair at our factory
or the replacement of the failed item
at no cost to the customer.
All repairs must be accompanied by a Return Material Authorization number,*
and be shipped freight pre-paid and packaged to prevent damage.
International returns must be shipped United Parcel Service / UPS,
with freight and duties pre-paid.
